Frequently Asked Questions About Title Loans

All answers to your questions about getting a title loan with Easy Cash Title Loans.

General Questions

Title loans are short-term secured loans that use your vehicle as collateral in exchange for cash. At Easy Cash, we offer you a loan based on your car’s value and hold onto your title until you the loan is paid off.

To apply for a title loan at Easy cash, you will need to provide your vehicle's title, a valid ID, and current proof of insurance. Ensure these documents match the information on the title. As your vehicle serves as collateral, bank statements and pay stubs are not required.

You will never be penalized for paying back your title loan early. At Easy Cash, we encourage customers to repay their loans on time or before they reach maturity. The sooner you pay off your title loan, the sooner you will have your title in hand to take back complete ownership of your car.

Our Title Loan Process

The title loan application process requires no credit check, and you can usually access funds the same day. Once you complete our online application and submit your proof of ownership, we’ll conduct a vehicle inspection to determine your vehicle’s value and give you cash the same day!

At Easy Cash, we are proud of our fast loan disbursement turnaround times. Apply online, and you'll typically receive your cash on the same day. Some limitations apply, such as applications submitted after business hours or on days when our office is closed.

We offer flexible loan terms based on how quickly you anticipate paying us back. You can choose between 6 to 24-month payment periods with flexible payment dates, and there is no penalty for paying off your loan early. For lower interest rates, we recommend a shorter payment period to close the loan faster.

Car Title Loans

Unfortunately, no. You must have a paid-off vehicle to qualify for a car title loan. If your car has a lien or if you’re leasing the vehicle, you technically don’t own your car yet. Once you pay off your current debts on the vehicle, you can apply for a car title loan.

The amount we offer for your vehicle is based on its overall value. You should expect a lower offer for cars with significant damage, a low resale value, or an older model. Newer cars in pristine condition will receive higher offers.

Absolutely! You can still drive your car like it’s your own as you pay your loan back to us. We want our title loans to allow you to overcome financial hardships and unlock financial freedom.

Motorcycle Title Loans

Easy Cash provides title loans for both classic and modern motorcycles. Newer bikes will typically qualify for larger loan amounts. We may also approve motorcycle title loans for older classic motorcycles in outstanding condition, subject to passing our vehicle inspection.

We understand that many riders choose to ride their motorcycles seasonally, but you must have insurance that’s current in order to qualify for a motorcycle title loan. Your motorcycle is collateral for your loan, and you would be subject to pay for repairs plus the amount of your loan if it’s damaged without insurance.

The loan terms are a little different for a motorcycle title loan. We require that you keep your motorcycle in our possession while you are making payments. Once it’s paid off, we will release the vehicle and give you full title of ownership and possession of the motorcycle.

Classic Car Title Loans

Classic cars must be between 20 and 40 years old, have some historical interest, and be in original or restored condition to qualify for a classic car title loan. We use Hagerty valuation tools and NADA guides to determine the accurate value of your vehicle before qualifying for a classic car title loan.

While title loans typically require a running vehicle, some non-running project cars, especially classic models in good condition, may still be eligible. Contact us before applying for a classic car title loan if your vehicle falls into this category.

At Easy Cash, we understand that unexpected financial difficulties can arise. If you're having trouble repaying your loan, our team will contact you to discuss options to help you avoid repossession, such as a loan extension. Repossession is always a last resort, especially for classic vehicles with high value.
